Construction Management Services (NW) Ltd, was established in July 2005 to provide the Building Construction industry with a cost effective and quality Project Management Service together with a Supply Chain Consultancy service to primarily service the Construction Industry in the North of England.

Profile of Tommy Douglas

Tommy Douglas has been involved in the Construction Industry for over a decade and has worked in both the Commercial, residential and System Build industry in both the UK and Republic of Ireland.

During his early years in the industry Tommy Douglas has worked in the Site Management field on such prestigious projects as The Arnotts Redevelopment in central Dublin, The Plaza Hotel Complex & numerous bespoke residential Housing & Flatted developments in the Dublin suburbs, involving steel, Timber Frame & Traditional Masonry Build.

In January 2000 Tommy Douglas moved to the UK and joined Bellway Homes (West Lancashire Division) managing residential developments in Hulme, and North Manchester.

Since 2001 Tommy Douglas has been directly involved Managing Contracts for Timber Frame Manufactures throughout the UK. His involvement with Timber Frame ranges from Travel Lodge-Hotel Projects, Multiple Storey high volume Student Accommodation, Flatted Developments, Residential Nursing Homes and large scale housing developments until setting up Construction Management Services (NW) Ltd in July of this year.

Tommy Douglas is a firm believer in system and modular building techniques and is actively involved in promoting and advancing their growth within the UK Construction industry.
